Our Employment Readiness support is built for veterans and adults in early recovery who are ready to work but unsure where to start. We sit down with you to build a simple, realistic plan: from creating a resume that reflects your real skills, to practicing interviews so you feel steady answering questions about gaps, charges, or past use. We walk through online applications together, help you set up email and voicemail, and talk honestly about workplace expectations, schedules, and communication.
Many residents also pair Employment Readiness with our Sponsored Rides, so transportation does not stand between you and a new job. We know firsthand how powerful that first steady paycheck can be-it means choices, dignity, and proof that your past does not get the final say. Our goal is not just getting you hired, but helping you keep work and grow into the next role.
